Fall 2025 Scholar Athletes
This fall, several of our Varsity athletes earned recognition for maintaining a 90 percent or higher overall average while competing at the Varsity level. Teams earning scholar athlete status met the NYSPHSAA standard of having at least 75 percent of the roster achieve a combined average of 90.00 percent or above. We are proud to acknowledge these students for their steady effort and example.

Cahill Elementary School has earned recognition in the prestigious 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Elementary Schools rankings, placing 892 out of 2,378 schools ranked statewide in New York.

Since the start of the school year, Saugerties has been recognizing student-athletes through the True Sawyer Blue Teammate of the Month program.
This recognition highlights students who go beyond wins and losses. Honorees show a selfless attitude, a strong work ethic, and a coachable mindset. They support teammates, lead by example, and put the team first.
Each month, coaches select students who reflect what it means to be True Sawyer Blue.
